Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS/COMPUTER TO REGISTER FOR DETAILS AND ADVANCE INFORMATION?
Yes you DO need at least access to a computer and an email address. You can set up an email address free at hotmail.co.uk or yahoo.co.uk

CAN YOU POST ‘PRE-BOOKING’ INFORMATION TO ME?
At this time we are not sending information by post. Press Officers or other agents may request a press pack by phoning our booking number 01624 841234

I HAVE BOOKED TICKETS FOR ONE SHOW BUT WISH TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SHOW – CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?
No, all tickets are firm bookings, we CANNOT exchange them  and we CANNOT refund them. However, you do receive a ‘royalty discount’ of 10% if you purchase further tickets.

I AM ABLE BODIED AND WISH TO SIT WITH MY DISABLED BROTHER – IS THIS POSSIBLE.
Yes, but due to limited disabled seating allocation we have to limit able bodied to disabled at a ratio of 1:1

WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
Doors open at 13.30 hrs.

I AM AN SENIOR CITIZEN– DO I GET A DISCOUNT
If  you are over 65 years old you get a 20% discount on standing and silver seating only

DO MY CHILDREN RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
Yes, children up to 16 years of age will receive a 20% discount on silver seating and standing tickets.

CAN MY CHILD ATTEND THE CONCERT UNATTENDED?
Children under the age of 14 years will not be allowed entry into the marquee without AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT.

DO I RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your booking. If you have booked by telephone we will send out a booking confirmation to you.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE MARQUEE HOLD?
Approximately 10,000 people, 5000 seated, 5000 standing.
556 in VIP seating.

WHAT EXACTLY IS INCLUDED FOR THE VIP TICKETS AND DO I GET TO MEET THE ARTISTS?
VIP tickets give you Reserved Gold Seats in front of the stage, VIP parking, no queuing entrance, luxury VIP marquee, champagne reception, teas and cafetiere coffee, souvenir programme, interval drink and after show hospitality in the VIP marquee. Whilst we hope that the artists will attend the after show hospitality, and indeed several artists have expressed interest, we cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee that they will attend.

WILL PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS BE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT?
Yes the discount will be automatically applied.

WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS STRAIGHT AWAY?
Tickets bought before March will be held until 31st March 2007. Tickets bought after this date will be dispatched within 5 days of booking.

I LIVE IN THE UK – CAN YOU ARRANGE TRAVEL FOR ME TO THE CONCERT.
We cannot arrange travel directly but we recommend that you call the Isle of Man Tourist Information Centre on 01624 686766.

IS THERE ANY ACCOMMODATION IN PEEL I CAN STAY IN?
We are currently organising a Festival Campsite adjoining the Festival site. If you are interested please register on line and we will let you know details ASAP.  If you want to stay elsewhere on the Island we recommend you call the Isle of Man Tourist Information Centre on 01624 686766. Please be warned that accommodation is at a premium due to 2007 being the 100th anniversary of the TT Races.

CAN YOU GIVE ME DIRECTIONS TO THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, nearer the time of the festival we will list full directions and a map on the website. The festival will also be well signed.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR THE FESTIVAL? HOW MUCH WILL I PAY?
Parking will be available, although it will not be guaranteed. You can pre-book your parking when you make a booking. VIP bookings will receive free parking (1 per every 4 people). Cost for parking is as follows:
                   Motorbikes            £1.00
                   Cars                    £3.00
                   Campervans/vans  £5.00
                   Minibuses             £10.00

WILL THERE BE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AVAILABLE TO THE FESTIVAL?
We are presently negotiating with Protours who will be running a limited number of coaches between Peel and Douglas as well as a Bus Service up to midnight. We will announce on our site details of the available service by 15th April 2007.

WILL THE FESTIVAL CONTINUE IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Yes, all performances will go ahead in the event of rain and would only be cancelled in the most extreme weather conditions or deemed to be unsafe by the management.

WILL ALCOHOL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL? CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Yes, there will be alcohol on sale. Under no circumstances must alcohol be brought into the marquee.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL? CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD INTO THE MARQUEE?
There will be full food and drink concessions at the festival. Ticket holders will not be allowed to bring their own food into the arena.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA? CAN I BRING A VIDEO RECORDER?
ABSOLUTELY NOT – under no circumstances must you bring any kind of camera/photographic/recording equipment into the marquee. BAGS WILL BE SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPON ENTRY.

IS THE SEATING TIERED?
No the seating is not tiered.
