1. Statutory rights are not affected.
2. This Festival is aimed at everyone from all ages to enjoy.
Therefore the management reserves the right of admission and
ejection at its absolute discretion. There will be an appropriate
number of Government Registered Security personnel supervising
the whole Festival.
3. This Festival is to be held inside a giant Marquee and therefore
will go ahead in the event of rain and would only be cancelled
in the most extreme weather conditions or deemed to be unsafe
by the management. Tickets are NOT valid for any other performance
and money will NOT be refunded irrespective of the circumstances
apart from 50% in the event of full cancellation of that particular
performance. However it would have to be exceptional circumstances
for part or all of a performance to be cancelled.
4. Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded once purchased.
5. Personal belongings and baggage subject to search.
6. Programme subject to alteration without notice.
7. No acknowledgement of your order will be made unless made
by the internet. However monies banked, indicates that tickets
have been allocated but does not guarantee your first choice.
8. Gates will open at 1.30pm. There will be a 30 minute interval
during the course of the main part of the evening. The main artist(s)
is anticipated to finish just after 11pm and the gates will be
locked at midnight. Please note that the music will be loud and
there will be flashing lights.
9. Children are extremely welcome but please note children under
14 years will not be permitted into the Festival without being
accompanied by an adult. There is a 20% concessionary discount
on Silver Seating and Standing for Children up to 16 years of
age and Senior Citizens.
10. Where payment is made by Credit or Debit card (except Counter
bookings) tickets will be dispatched only to the billing address
of the Cardholder or held for collection by the Cardholder as
from Saturday 26th May 2007 between 10:00 and 18:00 leading up
to the performance and between 10:00 and Midnight once the performances
commence. Tickets can be collected during these times from the
Ticket Office at the Festival Field, Ramsey Road, Peel, Isle
of Man IM5 2AQ. The Cardholder must take the credit card that
the tickets were booked with and the reference number. The Cardholder’s
signature is also required before the tickets will be released.
Letters of authorisation and photocopies of the credit card will
not be accepted. Please note: tickets will not be posted to customers
until 31st March 2007.
11. Please allow 5 working days from the time of placing the
order. Orders for tickets for a performance will be dispatched
up to the following times and thereafter held for collection
at the Ticket Office at the Festival Field, Ramsey Road, Peel,
Isle of Man IM5 2AQ. IOM - 2 days before the performance day
U.K. - 5 days before the performance day EUROPE - 10 days before
the performance day.
12. Data Protection: The Music Festival is organized and promoted
by Street Heritage Events Limited. ‘SHE’ Limited
operates in accordance with data protection legislation, our
data protection registration number is 01905 In order to provide
you with the best service we can we collect certain personal
information about you. When you book your tickets we will need
to collect information about you to process the transaction and
fulfill your order. This information may include, but is not
limited to, details such as your name, your address and your
credit card details. ‘SHE’ will use your personal
information to keep you informed about events, news and offers
which we think will be of interest to you now and in the future.
If you have chosen to receive them we will also use your information
to provide you e-mail bulletins and other e-mail alerts letting
you stay up-to-date about relevant events and offers. We may
also use the information to process any transactions you undertake
with us and for internal administration and analysis. We do not
sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties
for marketing purposes.
